In Limestone County Schools, the following items are required of each student in order to register:

Birth Certificate

Social Security Card

Immunization Record/Alabama IMM

Withdrawal Records/Transcript from former school

Proof of Residence (electric, phone, or water bill in the name of parent or guardian)
