Hello, I am Xan Kucejko. This is my fifth year at East Limestone High School. I am teaching Biology, Anatomy, and Earth and Space Science at East this year. This year, I am excited to be able to teach a new Zoology science elective class. The response for students signing up for this class was overwhelming! I also sponsor the Science Club here at East. Ask me about it! I have a bachelor's degree in biology, a minor in chemistry, and teacher certification for grades 6-12 in Life Sciences. I love science, and I hope to instill a love of science in my students. I have worked in volunteer organizations as a leader for kids for over 20 years now. Some of these include, but are not limited to Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girls' Camp, Young Women's and Nursery at Church, Junior Achievement, East Limestone Band Uniform mom, etc... My husband and I have three children. Two of whom are in the East Limestone Band. Our oldest graduated from East Limestone High School last year. We have lived in East Limestone for six years now. We love this area! We are so glad we moved here! I hope to be a positive influence on all the children with whom I work.
