Hello everyone. A little glimpse into my life. I was raised in Elkmont and graduated high school from there in 1987. I then spent 4 wonderful years at Auburn.....WARRRRRR EAGLE HEY! After that, I moved to Nashville for a couple of years and decided that I wanted to teach. So I moved back to Limestone County and went to Athens State for a year and a half to get my education degree. I began my teaching career in Madison County; traveled between 3 schools my first year. By the end of my second year of traveling and having a classroom in the trunk of my car, I heard that there was going to be an opening somewhere in Limestone. I applied and was hired for East Limestone. I am now starting my eighteenth year of teaching, and this is going to be my sixteenth year at East Limestone.
I am the very proud mother of a six-years-old son, Davis. The students will probably know more about him than they want. He loves to come see my students and go to the pep rally. Davis is a first grader at Creekside this year.
Please feel free to contact me whenever you have a question or concern. Here's hoping for a great year!
